PRESENTING VNA ISSUE 22
Very Nearly Almost is here with its twenty-second issue bursting full of interviews with some of the most talented artists from around the world. This issue features Vhils (Alexandre Farto) on the cover, an artist we have been desperate to feature in VNA for a while now. With a stunning street art technique, unlike anyone else in the world, it’s hard not to want to know more about the artist who actually chisels off plaster on walls to create images and portraits.
VNA 22 not only features the technical wizardry of Vhils but also the work of American 3D woodwork artist AJ Fosik who creates striking and unique pieces, as well as geometric madness from Moneyless. We’re also lucky enough to feature some great graffiti in this issue from the UK’s finest, Tizer fresh from his first London solo show and Soker from Bristol. Eager to cover the best of what we have to offer in Britain we also caught up with long time VNA friend Miss Led and took a visit to her studio to capture her at work. We also spoke to Vexta from Australia who is flying the flag for female artists everywhere, iconic imagery based Cryptik and American design extraordinaire Blaine Fontana. As if our pages weren’t bursting with enough colour we also spoke to Look from The Weird Crew, large scale Polish graffiti crew ETAM, Cranio from Brazil and illustrator Husk Mit Navn. We’ve got a street section jam-packed full of images from Copenhagen, Buenos Aires and London, products from The Candy Store and a great little selection of the latest books.
